Making a saved search that includes my home directory but excludes the Library folder

hi! want make saved search "documents modified in last day".

i've got last modified date -> within last -> 1 day. however, pulls lot of items in ~/library, don't want.

don't know how exclude them. i've tried containing folder names search filter, setting exclude "library" doesn't seem work – folders in library folder still included.

there way this? thanks!
