Not able to sync calendar with devices?

the syncing on devices terrible. update iphone calender , syncs ipad , imac , doesn't. reset calender on iphone , want sync events on imac calendar device doesn't want sync.

plugged phone itunes , says events being syncing through icloud , doesn't give me other option.

please let me know asap thank you.
