4. contest runs 1 week, starting now! (see time/date stamp @ start of thread)

5. @ end of week, judge (last week's winner) choose 1st, 2nd, , 3rd place photo, providing feedback possible. (judge has 24 hours make decision)

6. 1st place winner start new thread topic/theme of choice, , act judge contest. (winner has 48 hours create new theme)
