Carbon Copy iMac hard drive to Mac Pro

i have made leap , purchased new mac pro , wanted check okay use carbon copy cloner copy hard drive of 2011 imac onto mac pro ssd (they both 512gb). imac running 10.10.2, guess i'm thinking system files etc imac / mac pro specific.
