Core M (rMB): Maximum Time in Turbo Mode

we know core m processor (say 1.3ghz version) can enter turbo mode (2.9mhz) until gets hot , needs throttle down. have idea how long period might typically be?

1) 10ms
2) 100ms
3) 1 second
4) 10 seconds
5) 1 minute
6) 5 minutes

it's not fixed time can give 'ballpark' estimate?

(for example, if ran complex matlab simulation rmb, how long run before bogged down based on core m processor's thermal restriction... assuming core @ 1.3mhz long time before test?)

depends on core load essentially. running 100% load on cores drop clocks around 2.0 ghz (based on 5 w tdp) after 10 ms , throttle 1.3 ghz there when temperatures exceeds 95 degrees celsius. on single core benchmark, expect speeds 2.6 2.9 ghz until temps high.
