General How Apple could disband iTunes safely and

itunes mess , cluttered , maybe driving force itunes every-year lower market share. i've thought of safe way apple breakup itunes without giving legendary iconic name. itunes store contains music, movies, tv shows, , podcasts. ios has seperates apps called music, videos, , podcasts. if apple got rid of separate itunes store app , put "store" button in music, videos apps how in ibooks , podcasts. work os x, have write music, video, , podcast apps. quad of apps on os x , ios music, videos, , podcasts each own "store" button in apps , when pressed open itunes store right in app , show same format of content app you're in (ex. music.app - music store only, videos.app - tv shows , movies store only.) less clutter buying experience, if person buys music on itunes, won't have see movies, etc ever, (unless open app). make less experienced users understand go better want. said earlier, apple safely grouping them , call itunes. "hey did song?" "i got on itunes." meaning itunes whole technically got music app. doesn't sound familiar? ilife , iwork. ilife , iwork names of apps grouped in 1 package.
 

what's confusing making purchases in itunes? each media format has own tab in both ios , os x. keeping itunes app on ios makes sense, @ least me, because that's music , movies how app store buy apps. music , movies apps playing media. in use don't need links respective itunes stores.

itunes on mac making purchases , managing idevices. sync music after been organized playlists , choose movies sync , making occasional backup. sync ipod classic has no other means of doing so. listen music , watch movies in itunes. know front row exists (or @ least did in snow leopard days), i'm not sure many newer users know or care it. quicktime there, i'm not sure has way create library. have vlc weird file formats. podcasts, i'm not sure why have own app on ios, haven't listened podcasts in years.

if apple breaks itunes store, there still needs app on os x device management. icloud isn't ready handle (and american data plans frankly aren't big enough). not mention legacy devices ipods have no internet access. there need 1 app pull of different libraries make syncing process easy, , itunes that.
