Air vs Pro Performance (i7 5650u vs i5 5257u)

hey guys, wondering why 15 watt (i think) cpu on par or out performs 28 watt cpu. looking @ benchmarks i7 air processor around or above i5 pro scores.

because of turbo boost , short periods of time i7 (air) can perform pro, not extended periods of time? or weird efficiency thing. love pro 15 hour battery life running i7 air (since performs i5 in benchmarks). logic invalid somewhere?

yep, higher turbo boost, being higher binned chip. airs can sustain turbo boost long periods of time, plus think i7 has mb of l3 cache on i5.
