External monitor questions

hello,

got external monitor 27 inch hp pavilion , want happy quality such price. screen perfect. link on bottom.

now, few minor issues don't bother me prefer rid of them if possible.

every-time put monitor sleep (as usual click sleep on external monitor) , whenever wake (by moving mouse or clicking on keyboard) magnifies on screen , have turn monitor off , reconnect hdmi again resetting it.

have pictures better explanation in few minutes
