If you delete off the camera roll, does it delete off iCloud

hi there,

i've been through quite few iphones , each time i've restored icloud.

quite lot of photos i've been 'i'm sure deleted ones'. keep camera roll tidy (i copy off photos albums on main computer) pointless, because every photo take, gets backed icloud therefore restores?

appreciate this

 

as long delete photos (deleting them deleted folder too) next backup should not include deleted photos too.
