Second monitor for iMac

i have 27" i5 780m imac , want 22" 1080p samsung tv use second monitor via thunderbolt hdmi (and tv sometimes.)

problems setup? can 780m handle second monitor load okay?
 

your samsumg not support thunderbolt, thunderbolt port can used mini-display port. connect mini-display port hdmi (readily available apple) , connect samsung.

graphics card easily drive external display.
