For those annoyed with UI lag

i love new macbook lag killing me point want return it. went apple store , tried demo , lag wasn't pronounced, when first tried it, started looking around , tried that:

know nothing new doing + turning off transparency seemed have helped tremendously. it's night , day. wished have taken small before/after video. or going crazy?

dunno if lag come or not far after 30 minutes. nice see if other users...

from perspective, transparency in yosemite needless eye candy. remember days when os x didn't have it, , me still looks easier on eyes turned off, not mention easier on cpu/gpu/battery. same thing turning on reduce motion in ios.
