New photos app, how to differentiate iphones

got myself ne photos app , connected devices cloud. in system got 2 iphones uploading photo roll icloud.
1 phone wife.
i'd know if it's possible make tags you'll able see pictures takes iphone.
@ moment can see it's made iphone 5, not clue if it's me or wife.
can relate this? somehow can resolve this?
 

i doubt possible @ time.. i´d same thing.

if more options added smart-albums parameteres, possible..
