2015 rMBP trackpad issues

anyone having issues swiping go webpage in safari? have have 2 fingers , literally swipe backwards in perfect line in order function happen. wife had issues when using before. never had issue mbps, mbs or mbas, i.e. os x users many years. there setting change? kind of bummer right now.
 

i'm having issue, if remember correctly, macbook air had issue too.
