38 & 42 screen brightness differences

has compared 2 watches see if have identical screen brightness? thought going crazy @ first else commented , it's clear 38 brighter, equivalent 42 1 brightness setting higher.

i'd out down different lights oled has each pixel individually illuminated correct? smaller pixels on 38 make seem brighter?

pictures aren't great (iphone 5...) should show mean. 'blown out' colours show in reality brighter image. [​img][​img][​img]
 

i'm not sure if reveals anything, believe pixels on 42mm smaller pixels on 32.
