Creating a streaming server for a company?

the company i'm working gets lot of reels on dvd.

want create streaming library, sort of our own netflix company.

idea take our bookshelf of dvd reels , port app on our computers/tablets/phones that's secure fast, can open app, see our library, search, , stream want.

options out there this?
 

you check out plex start, grab nas store converted assets (if you're not storing them on server) , pretty have need!
