Iphone will not stream music or videos

my iphone 5 ios 8.1.3 not play music soundcloud or spotify; tries load when trying play or search song. youtube not work. whenever click on video, video keeps loading long time. not understand seems problem? can please me find out wrong iphone?
 

have tried restarting phone? perhaps resetting network settings?
