Migrate from Aperture Vault & Export Questions

in preparation migrate (not sure @ time), , scheduled back-ups, wanted know if migrate aperture vault lightroom? or first have restore vault library, perform migration (export)? if case, seem better make of library opposed vault.

question when perform:
1) export -> versions -> images not exported raw, changes made images saved.
2) export -> originals -> saves raw, not raw image changes (touch up, crop, exposure, etc). however, if filter applied , image converted tiff, export image tiff

issue there many,many images made adjustments , still raw. there way identify these images opposed going through entire library manually? plan export "originals", having identified raw images edits, export tiff.

you cannot migrate vault, proprietary backup of library. adobe has come out plugin exports aperture library lightroom.
