Need help was trying to do fresh install 3 tb fusion please help

i sold imac , trying fresh install on fusion 3tb followed terminal command diskutl cs list copied uuid , deleted. when go disk utility says mac doesn't recognize fusion drive fixed when shows error , nothing. idk else can please me.
 

go terminal , command again see layout , uuids.

diskutil cs list
then logical volumes or logical volume group still there. sounds perhaps deleted 1 of logical volumes.

code:
diskutil cs delete uuid
once done start disk util , should popup offering fix fusion drive.
