Should Apps Show in iCloud Drive?

i use goodreader app on iphone pdf's if icloud turned on in goodreader should accessible on mac in finder/icloud drive? there folder in finder/icloud drive last week it's gone...still using icloud on iphone goodreader. using same apple id both mac , iphone. so, files in goodreader supposed accessible on mac if icloud drive turned on both on iphone , mac? suggestions on how them back, if so. help.:)
