Stalled SFTP connections on 10.10.2

hi, i'm having following problem.
have 2 macbooks 1 10.10.2 , 10.6.8. use 10.6.8 backup stuff.
latest update yosemite, notice connections gets stalled when try sftp @ same time try navigate on internet.
both computers connected same local network, 1 ethernet , other on wifi n.

if try navigate or ftp 1 @ time, there no problem. if try both @ same time, can't use internet , ftp stalled sometimes.

if having same issue?
