in event having connection issues charging or having difficulty charging. ran issue , apple said port needed replaced 75.00 through sprint. before forked out amount, decided youtube issue see if can fix myself. in 1 of comments video said take pin or paper clip , clean out lint. pulled out lint have made small sock dog.
 

if keeping phone in pocket need check lint ever often. in @ charger port , earphone hole.
