How much data does a run/route tracking app use?

probably n00b question can't seem find clear answer using google.

looking switch data plans. im in uk , use three's "all-you-can-eat" £15 pay go sim plan want more value money 300 minutes, 2000 texts. end eating through minutes , realise don't use data connected wi-fi.

typically, using 3g/4g browse maybe 30-40 web pages day, check news apps maybe 5 times day, use alien blue reddit maybe 5-10 times day, refresh few text based apps (like live football/soccer scores) , maybe watch 2 or 3 standard def youtube videos day, each around 2 mins or so. use twitter/facebook.

basically, thing stream couple of short youtube videos day. watch netflix or data heavy @ home on wifi.

however, i'm going start using activity tracker app tracks run routes/progress , maps them. assume done via gps tracking these apps data heavy? e.g. if using mapmyrun or nike running apps track routes using 3g/4g data gps? if so, how data heavy they?

considering normal usage , additional data using app this, kind of data tarriff should looking at?
