Account Hacked??? ID mixup?

i have dfu restored phone.

took age got there.

entered apple id , password normal setup, gets similar page says enter password itunes purchases email address ***fshp@gmail.com or something...... email address has nothing me...

skipped it.

same again different email address couldn't recognise.

wtf going on here? hacked somehow?

apple mixing ids somehow?
 

this happened me other week. making backup on 5s before going purchase 6 - after got new phone did restore icloud backup, enter normal apple id, prompted me enter password account unassociated mine. hit skip, did icloud restore, went itunes / app store settings in settings app, signed out, signed normal account , stopped prompting me.

not sure why happens, other people have said if sends music file or video purchased else's itunes account trigger it, in case nothing had ever sent anyone. doing mentioned above seemed trick me.
