Full screen Mail & composing

i have 2 monitors , use 2nd monitor make mail.app full screen. however, when start compose, allows me (seemingly) use built-in composer window that's locked in place while in full screen.

ideally, i'd have message viewer full screen app on 2nd monitor, have compose window free floating window drag onto primary display.

there setting set composer free?
