SMS Relay 8.2

sms realy stopped working on ipad 8.2. worked fine 8.1.x. decided disable , enable again. code won't show on ipad. did far on iphone/ipad:
disable/enable imessage
logged out/in appleid
logged out/in icloud
each time did restart

strange thing is: works on mac. code shows instantly.

suggestions?
 

happened me when disabled imessage temporarily on iphone. left imessage off on both devices overnight, turned off bluetooth, text message forwarding, restarted devices, etc. in morning turned these things on (try doing code thing , without bluetooth) , worked. have thorough, things screwed , letting fix on own works.
