Too many startup disk options

hi,

when use option key see startup options see 2 windows possibilities. in settings, , windows bootcamp assistant, see 2 (os x , bootcamp).

prior had installed windows 10, , reverted windows 7. suspect have confused boot record or something. how seeing correct partitions?

 

shot-in-the-dark guess, if boot windows 7 , check out msconfig (type run dialogue should via cmd + r), see entry there?
