Netflix Issue with Dual Graphics Mid 2014 Macbook Pro 15 Inch

hey there, thought ask assistance forum @ wits end problem. trying run netflix in fullscreen mode on mid 2014 rmbp gt 750 , intel iris dual graphics. used work fine, have been getting serious problems. yesterday while watching in fullscreen mode,as menu tool bar timed out (faded away screen because didn't use mouse) entire screen went black , there rainbow coloured pixels flying around screen. tried pram reset resulted in fixing problem, instead of going black when tool bar fades away, screens hue changes darker blue colour, , whites blown out super saturated , bright.

now, have narrowed culprit down as limited computer knowledge can let me. when auto graphics switching disabled, have absolutely no issues @ netflix in full screen. downloaded gfxcardstatus, , using little app able manually select gpu wanted use. great 750m runs fine, i wondering if intel iris graphics card failing? ran startup diagnostics holding "d" key on startup, , came saying no issues. when using gfxcardstatus manually select intel iris card, issue returns.

appreciated. please note issue not happen when using other fullscreen apps, such vlc player or photoshop.

Battery Cycles

okay, know how battery cycles , work. want know is: how many cycles battery has how old battery is how many mah macbook shipped with how many mah have now reading thread on different site macbook batteries , commenting battery info. of them commenting saying reached 120 cycles per year. 1 guy said mac 3 years old on 250 cycles (avg. 83 year). think person had 400 after 2 years. in 'system information' says age of macbook 3 months old (when arrived said 1 months old, i've had 2 months) , have 98 cycles, using many cycles? i'm asking because realised apple batteries more or less useless @ holding charge after 1000 cycles , if i'm averaging 100 every 2 months gives me 1.7 years until macbook more or less desktop... to me seems poor previous windows laptops owned lasted long , expect lot more machine on £1k. (i have been told batteries in newer macbooks glued in place , replacing battery hard job , cost lots of money, mistake...

SSD Performing Poorly
