Popup for iCloud password at each reboot

since recently, whenever reboot mac, land on finder have popup asking me icloud password:

if enter password, keeps on coming. gave after 5-6 attempts. if click on cancel, appears once more disappears.

icloud services running though. logged in, can see in system preferences, emails working, tabs/favorites synced etc.

popup , how stop appearing? thoughts?
 

try finding icloud entry in keychain , delete restart , enter pw again. make stick in keychain , fix this.
