Speakerphone sound level critically low — defect?

hi all,

got 42mm ss yesterday. first thing tested ability call wrist on speakerphone.

in dead silence @ house barely hear other person on other end, yet hear me fine — sounds loud comes out of 6+ earpiece when it's not on speakerphone , volume turned way , hold phone foot away face.

understand never meant used blast music on or make conference calls 12 other people in room, making call in perfect silence borderline impossible. in ads see people answering calls down street.

unit defective or else received watch experiencing?
