Thumbnails don't show in new Photos app

i tried option+command+click photos app repair, still no luck.

idea? :confused:

in advance.

this see after restoring computer time machine backup. say, repair doesn't seem regenerate thumbnail, or provide option repair thumbnails.

if edit photo, make change , save it, thumbnail appear. not of solution, though.
