ive seen rumors floating around on forum people saying if specify location of delivery ups mychoice, counts pre-authorization. false. apple or ups isn't allowing easy pre-authorzations. if want this, have call apple customer support , send form leave on door.
 

this form should same thing (or similar.) found on old iphone thread around here.
