Wifi slow at times running iOS 8.1.3

is experiencing issues slow speeds on wifi running ios 8.1.3 on iphone 6? happened twice yesterday , twice today on both home , works network. fix issue, turn wifi off , turn on. when notice slow speeds it's slow edge. tried doing speed test app , wouldmy run. no issues disconnection many people have. else have sporatic slow wifi connections?
 

my 6 plus runs fine on 8.1.3

safari on imac, yosemite 10.10.2 runs slow. noticeably slower chrome on imac.

use mercury on plus though

think known issue on yosemite
