Is it okay to simply unplug iPhone from iTunes?

when pull out cable (when nothing syncing or backing up, is), don't warnings, assume it's fine.

don't know, since there button me "eject" iphone.

can't seem find info this.
 

it should fine, long nothing copying (even if do, itunes sorts out blank spaces in music app). there eject button. if click on device on top left, there eject button. have use button ipod since mounted disk , therefore not gonna enjoy if unplug without warning.
