wife informed me flashlight app carrying malware , affects smart phones , ipads, (was on facebook today)

thought case bought app flashlight app/option came iphone 5s ok?

tried google can find old info 2 years ago,

should app came 5s deleted or ok?

there isn't malware out ios.

flashlight, technically of ios 7 functionality available right ios without app needed.
