Mid-2012 Macbook Air Battery Replacement

i have mid-2012 macbook air has been seeing reduction in battery life. machine has cycle count of 432 full charge capacity of 5272 mah. wondering if worthwhile me invest in replacing battery. if so, should bring genius bar or install myself? know there large cost difference , not afraid of technical work, little weary hardware failure.
