Controlling calls/music/podcasts from the watch

i have couple of questions people have watch already.

when initiate phone call (or answer one) watch, can chose whether audio go watch or phone?

typical use case walking down street earphones listening music , initiating call on watch avoid taking phone out, still sending audio earphones.

possible answer , initiate facetime audio calls? (i think read here not double-checking seems strange me)

, last question: possible use watch start music app on phone? , podcast app?

initiate call watch, watch only. can transfer during call though.
