Handbrake: Strict anamorphic with MINIMUM width of 1920?

is possible achieve that?

if use standard "strict" or "loose" settings atv3 preset of blu-ray rips end having weird resolutions 1916x1036 or 1894x784. that... doesn't work me. half of reason rip 1080p have 1-to-1 pixel mapping on display. want preserve original aspect ratio of source, if cropping needed want occur vertically. 1920 width should never change.
