iPhone iOS 8.3 iPhone 6+ cannot backup to icloud or computer

my last backup on 4/20 , icloud said "the icloud backup not completed" , when try backup in itunes "could not backup iphone because error occured" idea how fix this?
 

log out of icloud , log in again. try manual restore.
if still fails despite strong wifi connection delete backup, log out of icloud, log in , create fresh backup.
