iPhone and Photos

wasn't sure if questions should go here or in app section. question photos specific iphone.

new photos app , icloud library have access of pictures think cool.

hypothetically lets had phone next 10 years(i realize unlikely hypothetically) feel fill of phone's space pictures/videos.

in days gone sync phone iphoto remove photos. again unclear me photos on phone. few questions maybe me out with.

1. if take picture on phone. permanently on phone? or @ point uploaded cloud.

2. seems if want edit picture in cloud "downloads" phone. there forever?

3. if pictures on phone, there ability remove them? i.e. sake of storage?

 

if enable icloud photo library photos stored in icloud , stored on phone if delete on phone it's gone icloud. question #2 don't know have mine set full resolution on phone , have no idea downloading? there no way delete them phone because delete icloud set settings 'storage optimized iphone' takes less storage photos not clear. hope helps bit.
