IPS display for Mac mini. Budget consciousness.

so have mac mini on way. should here friday. i'm looking ips display on budget. around $200 (cad) good. i'm not photo or video editing maybe monitor do. still colour accuracy , viewing angles. can size 21" , up. 27" awesome it'd have higher 1080p. perhaps 2560 x 1440 imac. suggestions or preferred brands? thanks.
 

don't think color accuracy. ips panels closer d65 whites, close theoretical white point implicitly assumed when making adjustments content viewed on monitor. don't want go full description today. there aren't options 2560 x 1440 in price range. resolution exclusive 27" panels, , @ $200 level limited 1080 displays. resolution concerns due potential aliasing in cad programs?
