i read news story girl stopped @ traffic light , ticketed police officer putting on makeup while @ traffic light. fine $250 , in scope of little used law not using full attention while driving(yes, while stopped @ light).

question advent of being tethered our phones 24/7 , teen accidents resulting texting & driving, forseeable if officer sees 'touch/use' watch on road, may ticketed using electronic device while driving?
 

you should ticket texting watch while driving. have third hand hold wheel? reading text should not bad. unless car not have clock not need watch while driving.
