kgi securities analyst ming-chi kuo, has provided reliable information apple's upcoming product plans in past, claims apple's next-generation iphone feature upgraded touch id module reduced reading errors improved , safer apple pay experience.
kuo told investors expects suppliers ramp production of improved touch id module shipments, expected rise 77% on 260 million units, in second quarter. oft-accurate analyst added upgraded fingerprint scanner "require more advanced precision module's laser welding process."

sunnic , ase kuo expected 2 of main suppliers of components apple's new touch id alongside tsmc. kuo predicts apple release next-generation iphone in third quarter of year, lining historically past iphone releases in september.

kuo points out touch id embedded display unlikely in near term, despite several published patent applications apple on topic. need sapphire display cover minimize scratching , complex algorithms needed handling touch id within display, time before such technology ready market.

okay, know how battery cycles , work. want know is: how many cycles battery has how old battery is how many mah macbook shipped with how many mah have now reading thread on different site macbook batteries , commenting battery info. of them commenting saying reached 120 cycles per year. 1 guy said mac 3 years old on 250 cycles (avg. 83 year). think person had 400 after 2 years. in 'system information' says age of macbook 3 months old (when arrived said 1 months old, i've had 2 months) , have 98 cycles, using many cycles? i'm asking because realised apple batteries more or less useless @ holding charge after 1000 cycles , if i'm averaging 100 every 2 months gives me 1.7 years until macbook more or less desktop... to me seems poor previous windows laptops owned lasted long , expect lot more machine on £1k. Weird behavior on external monitor
